First Visit

• Initial Wellness Examination and Discussion
• 1st Combination Vaccinations – Distemper, Parvovirus, AdenoVirus-2, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis (4), Coronavirus
• Rabies Vaccination 1 or 3 year
• 1st Lyme Disease Vaccination
• 1st Infectious Tracheal Bronchitis – Bordetella *If boarding, puppy obedience class, or dog park
• Intestinal Parasite Examination (fecal sample)
• Feed a high quality Eukanuba or Hill’s Diet
• Start monthly Heartworm Preventative (once a month preventative all year round)
• Start Flea-Tick Preventative (once a month all year round)
• Schedule spay or neuter surgery

Second Visit (3-4 weeks later)

• 2nd Combination Vaccination – DA2PPLC
• 2nd Lyme Disease Vaccination
• 2nd Infectious Tracheal Bronchitis – Bordetella *If boarding, puppy obedience class, or dog park
• Heartworm & Flea-Tick Preventative – 2nd Dose

Third Visit (3-4 weeks later)

• Pre-Anesthetic Panel
• Spay or Neuter Surgery
• 3rd Combination Vaccination – DA2PPLC

Annually (1-6 years of age)

• Comprehensive Wellness Examination & Dental Health Evaluation
• Combination Vaccine Booster – DA2PPLC
• Infectious Tracheal Bronchitis – Bordetella *If boarding, puppy obedience class, or dog park
• Lyme Disease Vaccine Booster
• Rabies Vaccine Booster -every 3 years
• Spring 4DX Blood Test – March, April, or May
• Yearly Microscopic Intestinal Parasite Examination – Fecal Sample
• Continue Heartworm & Flea-Tick Preventative (once a month all year)

Senior & Super Senior Years (7 years of age & older)

• Annual/Bi-Annual Wellness Examination, Blood Screening, Urinalysis & Dental Health Evaluation
• Combination Vaccine Booster – DA2PPLC
• Infectious Tracheal Bronchitis – Bordetella *If boarding, puppy obedience class, or dog park
• Lyme Disease Vaccine Booster
• Rabies Vaccine Booster – every 3 years
• Spring 4DX Blood Test – March, April, or May
