A Pet Portal is your pet's own free, secure, personal web page. It allows you to connect with our clinic and view your pet's medical information at your convenience, any hour of the day. Through your Pet Portal, you can also schedule appointments for your pet, ask us questions, refill prescriptions for food and medications, view upcoming services that are due, and learn from our extensive pet library. Just provide us with your email address and we'll send you a welcome email with your password and instructions about how to log-in through our home page. We do not sell email address lists. How old is my pet in "cat/dog" years? See our age chart to determine your pet's age in cat or dog years.
Can I refill prescriptions online? You can easily refill your pet's prescriptions with us through Pet Portals. Once logged-in, locate the Medications tab under the correct pet and click on "pick up refill." If you don't have a Pet Portal or have forgotten your log-in information, just let us know, and we can either create a new Pet Portal for you or re-set your previous information. If your pet's prescription is refillable, we will contact you to let you know when it can be picked up.
Can I schedule appointments online? Scheduling an appointment for your pet online is simple with Pet Portals. Once logged-in to your Pet Portal, select the correct pet and view the Appointments tab or the Alerts & Reminders tab. Under the Appointments tab, click on "Request an Appointment." Under the Alerts & Reminders tab, you can view your pet's services and due dates; click on "Request an Appointment" behind any service. Next, enter your preferred appointment times and doctor, and we'll contact you to confirm your pet's appointment.
