Pet of the Month

Motor

Motor is a 12 ½ year old beautiful black and white female cat who has been a

patient here her entire life. She was named for her very loud purr which

can even be heard over the telephone! She loves catnip treats and Pounce®

snacks. Motor was rescued by her mom when she crawled into her coat hood

and refused to leave. She has been enjoying getting brushed, cuddling with

mom, and playing in catnip ever since. Motor shares a special bond with her

mom and has always been there for her throughout her life. Her mom loves

her so much that she keeps a heated blanket for Motor to cuddle up on. Her

favorite spot to snooze is on the couch or bed with her cat buddy Leo who

she adopted as her best friend. When she’s not napping, Motor loves to

play! Despite being an older cat, Motor is still very playful and loves to

attack rubber bands. She is a truly unique cat and a very deserving winner

of the Pet of the Month award.
