Shawn has worked as a part time Veterinary Technician’s assistant at the clinic since May of 2010. She assists our technicians, cleans exam rooms and does laundry. Shawn also scrubs and sterilizes our surgical instruments and helps out in the kennels. A career in the veterinary field was a simple choice for her, since she has always loved animals. She enjoys the team work and camaraderie of the staff here. Shawn is also currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technician program as a second year student at Globe University. She plans to graduate in the summer of 2011. Outside of work, Shawn likes spending time with friends and family, dancing, and playing pool. She lives with her two children and their cat: Veda.
